The tool, which is adapted from Dr. Bennett’s Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity, TWI Inc and ODR Inc., was developed in collaboration with Adeline Huynh, a Diversity and Inclusion Expert and trusted advisor of AndHumanity.
